Today, we assembled our quadcopter, using the newly 3D-printed parts, redesigned based on the prototype model as the structural frame. It was around 270g without a power supplying unit and sensors. Also, we constructed the sensor circuit around the flight controller.
During the stress test we did last week, the square-shaped part in the center was found as easy to come off with a crack and the joint of it was the weakest, so the base for circuits on our new frame was made less vulnerable.
Next time, we are going to have a flight test after composing the power supplying circuit on a universal board.
