2016 summer semester Flying Robot Project 7th Team DMay 25, 2016


In this week, we prepared to actually make our plane. In this week’s class, we learned how to use a laser cutter device and how to make a plane such as joining beams. After the class, we assigned a component each team member and we made 3DCAD data of this component. While we completed only center rib’s data, we newly completed a main wing, a horizontal and vertical stabilizers and a mount between wing and body.
We drew components more precisely with 3DCAD than with hand. Particularly, 3DCAD is indispensable to precisely draw symmetrical curve such as our elliptic wing. We can start to make a center rib and stabilizers by printing these data.
However, we have not determined yet the shape of ribs except for a center rib, so that we can’t start to make a main wing. Also, there are many undecided point about mount between components. In order to make smoothly, we have to immediately solve these problems.

 今週はこれから実際に機体を製作するための準備を行った。まず、今週の講義では、レーザーカッターの使用法やけたの結合など機体の製作法を学習した。 講義後は班で担当する部材を割り当て、構造三面図を3DCADに書き起こした。先週まではセンターリブしか完成していなかったが、新たに主翼、垂直尾翼、水平尾翼、翼胴部マウントの3DCADを完成させた。
