J'ai commencé chacune de mes classes en me présentant, puis en enseignant aux élèves du français simple afin qu'ils puissent se présenter de même, en français. De cette façon, j'ai pu attirer leur attention, apprendre leur nom et leur montrer à quoi ressemble le français. Après cela, je leur ai montré une carte de la France ainsi que de nombreuses photos de chacune de ses régions et de ses plus célèbres monuments, afin qu'ils aient une idée d'à quoi ressemble la France. Je leur ai aussi présenté la culture française à travers le travail de célèbres artistes, écrivains et scientifiques.
Après la présentation de mon pays, je suis passé à une présentation personnelle plus approfondie : mon école, mes objets d'étude, mon travail à temps partiel et mes loisirs. Bien qu'ils étaient très timides, les élèves étaient aussi très curieux et m'ont posé beaucoup de questions : où j'avais voyagé, quelles étaient mes endroits préférés, quels étaient les meilleurs plats français, etc. Les élèves avaient aussi préparé des présentations en rapport avec la culture japonaise : origami, o-bon, etc. J'ai passé un très agréable moment avec les étudiants ! J'espère avoir réussi à leur donner envie de voyager à l'étranger et de visiter de nombreux pays, et j'espère vraiment que ce programme Todai-Kofu continuera à l'avenir.
I started every class by introducing myself, then teaching the students basic French so that they could introduce themselves too, in French! That way, I was able to get their attention, remember their name and show them what French sounds like. After that, I showed them a map of France as well as many pictures of each of its regions and most famous places, so that they could know what France looks like. I also introduced French culture to them through the work of famous artists, writers and scientists.
After introducing my country, I introduced myself more precisely: my school, my fields of study, my part-time job and my hobbies. Although they were very shy, the students were very curious and they asked me plenty of questions: where I have traveled, where my favorite places were, what the best French dishes were, etc. They had also prepared some short presentations of Japanese culture: origami, o-bon, etc. I really had a nice time with the students! I hope I managed to make them want to go abroad and visit many countries, and I really hope that this Todai-Kofu program will go on.
講義を自己紹介で始めました。そして、生徒たちがフランス語で自己紹介できるように、簡単なフランス語を教えました。みんなの興味を喚起させながら、生徒たちの名前を覚えました。こうやってフランス語とはどんな言葉かをも伝えました。その後、フランスの地図を表示し、フランスの客地方と有名な場所の写真を続々と見せ、フランスにはどんな気候があるか、どんな風景があるかなどを教えました。有名な画家、作家、学者の実績を通じて、フランスの文化も紹介しました。
私の国の紹介の後は、もっと詳しい自己紹介をしました。私の大学、研究の分野、アルバと、趣味などを紹介しました。生徒たちはとてもシャイでしたが、その分だけ好奇心旺盛でたくさんの質問をしてくれました。今まで旅行したことのある国、一番好きな場所、一番美味しいフランス料理など、色々問われました。生徒たちも日本の文化の発表を用意してくれました(折り紙、お盆など)。あっという間に終わってしまった楽しい講義でした。生徒たちに海外に旅行や留学をしたいという気持ちを喚起させることに成功していれば幸いです。東大と甲府東高校の交流がこれから増えれば嬉しいです!
